Rot-able Cab Refurbishment
For a multiple machine fleet we offer a rotable cab refurb program. There are options to provide a bare shell up front and build to site spec to rotate into the fleet rebuild program or a full overhaul of the machines existing cab.
We can carry out the refurbs within the timeframe the chassis is being overhauled, to ensure scheduled maintenance timeframes are met in a hassle free manner. Service covers a complete strip, sandblast, fab repairs, and paint. Source of all related OEM and DPO harnesses. Install all 3rd party components and systems for any site specifications. Site delivery service available.
Midlife Cab Refurbishment
We can work off of your set scope based on service hours or work to a fully customisable scope based on a thorough variation inspection and report on recommended parts to replace.
Information will also be gathered to take into consideration next major rebuild, machine end of life and budget.
SX Cab Components
Offering a selection of cab operator items, including but not limited too; armrests, seats, a/c evaporator boxes, a/c roof mounted condenser boxes, pre-assembled doors. All items are refurbed. Contact us to see what is in stock.
Isolation Box Refurbishment
Complete refurbishment or can customise to suit your scope and budget.
Site Delivery Services
As an additional service we offer site service with site de-termination and delivery of our rebuilt cabs for re-termination and power up to ensure correct functions of the cab.
